How long does the assessment take?

About 25 to 35 minutes. There's no timer — you can pause and come back. Most people finish in one sitting with a coffee.

What do I get when I finish?

A long-form Superpower Profile mapping your strengths across five domains, plus a sortable list of the work patterns where you naturally compound. Built for re-reading, not for skimming.

Is my data private?

Yes. Your responses and your profile are yours. We don't sell data, share it with employers, or use it to train models. See our privacy policy for the full story.

Do you offer team or organization plans?

We do. Teams of ten or more get group dashboards, facilitator guides, and an onboarding session. Email hello@pigment.is with the team size and we'll set up a walkthrough.

Can I retake it later?

Yes. Most people don't need to — strengths are stable over years, not weeks — but if you want a fresh read after a major career shift, you can retake at any time from your account.

What's your refund policy?

If your profile doesn't deliver value, write to us within 30 days and we'll refund you. Full details on the returns page.
