How we score every application, out of 100.
Do I need a big following?
Audience size is the smallest part of how we score. We'd rather back a sharp voice with 3,000 followers than a loud one with 300,000.
Where do I need to live?
Anywhere. It's remote. Your posts should be in English.
Is this a job?
It's a paid contract. You set your own hours, about 10 a week, and we pay you monthly.
Can I work with other brands?
Yes. We only ask that you don't promote a competing career product during your residency.
Who owns what I make?
You do. We can share it on our channels with credit, and run it as an ad under your name during your residency and for six months after.
What happens after three months?
If it's working for both of us, we renew once. Either way, you keep your 40% code and a reference from us.
Does any big post earn the bonus?
It has to be about Pigment and follow the brief. A post that blows up on something else is great for you, just not for the bonus.
